Our Story
Since 2021, Red Dapple Bread Co. has been mixing it up in the kitchen by putting a new twist on traditional recipes. We make everything in small batches from our home kitchen in Northlake, Texas.
What began as a quest to create the perfect sourdough boule quickly developed into a passion for our owner/head baker (well, only baker), Stephanie Callaway Crider.
Stephanie enjoys creating and experimenting with traditional yeast rise and quick bread recipes in her spare time. She and her husband, Adam, make their home in Northlake, Texas.

Inspiration
The name Red Dapple Bread Co. was inspired by our two sweet senior dachshunds - Ripley and Lucky. And while they aren’t allowed to help bake our products, but they are an integral part of the clean-up crew.
